Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from the USA. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. International orders: shipping rates do not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are charged by your country at delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Declined or unclaimed packages are not refundable.

Everything we make is produced in limited runs — once an edition sells out, it’s gone.

Returns

We are a small creative studio and unfortunately, do not allow returns at this time. All sales are final.

Questions about an order? Email irl.laboratories@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you.
